About Me
I'm Artemis — a Chartered Psychologist committed to helping you find clarity, calm, and confidence.
Therapy with me is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique journey.

My Journey
Over 20 years ago, I had a successful career as a performer in theatre and dance — something I was deeply passionate about. But a serious back injury brought that chapter to a sudden end.
That life-altering experience pushed me to explore the connection between the body and the mind. I returned to university, began my training in psychology, and started a decade-long journey that led me to become a Chartered Counselling Psychologist.
Today, I combine psychological science with lived empathy to help people rediscover resilience, meaning, and hope.
A Compassionate Approach
My work is grounded in empathy, presence, and trust. Whether we're meeting in person or online, I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.
Every session is shaped by your needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques with a warm, human connection — because real healing starts with feeling safe and understood.

My Ethos
I believe that the mind and body are connected at all levels — to ignore one is to ignore part of yourself. Psychological or physical symptoms often serve as signals that something is out of balance. My approach helps clients listen to these signals with compassion, not judgment.
