Therapy Services

Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and young adults.

What Does a Counselling Psychologist Do?

I combine scientific knowledge with practical compassion to help clients heal and grow. Through collaborative therapy, I help individuals, couples, and families overcome anxiety, stress, and relational challenges — using evidence-based techniques tailored to your life.

How I Work

1. Initial Assessment

Our work begins with a 60–90 minute session to explore your background, challenges, and goals.

2. Therapy Plan

Together, we identify the most suitable therapeutic path using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.

3. Six-Session Commitment

I recommend an initial six-session commitment — the minimum for building trust and momentum.

4. Ongoing Support

We review your progress and continue at a pace that supports meaningful growth and wellbeing.

About Me

With over 20 years of experience, I’m a Chartered Counselling Psychologist dedicated to helping people navigate emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, but my approach is personal, warm, and deeply human.

I began my professional life in the performing arts, with a career in theatre and dance — a journey that was abruptly changed by a spinal injury. The experience sparked my passion for understanding the mind-body connection and led me to retrain in psychology.

Today, I blend clinical expertise with compassion, helping clients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves — both in-person and online.
