Alina Bejan - INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPIST Since a very young age Alina has been intrigued and curious about the workings of the human mind. Understanding the rationale behind people's behaviour had soon become her hobby. This curiosity motivated her to choose psychology as her area of study and still represents her passion. Alina Bejan is a Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society. She is trained in Integrative Psychotherapy and is specialized in treating the whole range of Addictive Behaviours as well as the affected others who have someone struggling with addiction. |
Alina has a Master’s degree in Addiction Psychology and Counselling from London South Bank University and is accredited by the Addiction Professionals. Alina has also studied the therapeutic effect music has on the human brain and has a Certificate in Music Psychology from Roehampton University which helps to incorporate this specific neuroscientific research in her therapeutic practice.
Alina has over 10 years of experience in working in the mental health field, and include working in Ealing Hospital in London where she worked with all age groups and different mental health issues from all levels of intensities. Alina is currently offering individual therapy sessions as well as facilitating a psycho-educational and therapy group in London at ASCA (Richmond branch).
Alina’s therapeutic working style is an Integrative one where along with her clients she explores different therapeutic approaches and techniques that would best suit the client’s unique narrative and needs. In her practice she prefers to incorporate therapy with psychological knowledge as this way she believes she can best support her client to understand the whole dynamic of their situation and to eventually achieve therapeutic success.
